This program invites you to explore both the intellectual and physical structures of our hydraulic society. We will consider the birth of the Bureau of Reclamation and how early projects like the Gunnison Tunnel in western Colorado, the Roosevelt Dam in Arizona, and the Hoover Dam have changed the way we relate to and use water in the West. Joins for schmoozing and light refreshments following the program.
