Marge Taniwaki and her family who resided in Los Angeles, CA were incarcerated at the Manzanar US concentration camp near Death Valley, CA. She was just 7 months old when they were forced to live in the camp for the next four years. Marge will share her family history, memories, experiences and why they were forbidden to return home and relocated in Colorado. In addition, Marge will address the historic patterns of US intervention, injustices and her own activism.
