Join us for a 5-week interactive and introspective program, facilitated by Lori Dube, that explores the opportunities and challenges of the ‘third act of life.’ Together we will use mindfulness practices, journaling, meditation, art expression, study, and sharing as tools for connecting to ourselves and others. Open to all those who identify as female age 60
Lori Dube is a social worker and life coach trained in Jewish Mindful Meditation, and Wise Aging facilitation. She led a number of virtual Wise Aging groups for the Boulder JCC and around the country during the Pandemic and is excited to facilitate her first in-person group.
It is strongly recommended to buy the required reading Wise Aging before the start of the group.
