This program is designed for all teens, grades 8 – 12, who are interested in sustainability, farming, and cooking. Each Tuesday after school, teens are invited to join us on-site at the JCC’s Milk and Honey Farm. Students will learn a variety of skills such as cheese making, soap making, food preservation, and chicken and goat care. Spring Farm Cohort will focus on planting seeds, beekeeping, and other craft skills. Together we will grow in community as we grow food.
