Shufuni concert at the JCC Denver

Enjoy a special live performance by the Israeli musical touring artists, Shufuni, at the JCC Social Hall. The evening will include musical performances and the artists sharing personal stories. Founded in 2022, the musical troupe Shufuni began as a weekly, open-mic concert featuring emerging artists in Sderot, a Southern Israeli town famous for its premiere music scene. The group has taken a very different direction following October 7th, after having lost several band and audience members. This led to the founding of Mitchabrim, an initiative that connects Jews in the diaspora to Israeli culture and programming. This event is presented in partnership with Moving to Our Center (MTOC) and the JCC Association of North America (JCCA).
