Event Details

Using the still life as a common departure point we will observe and draw with scissors. Building color relationships and playing with shapes we will construct a spacial dialogue between all the elements creating an abstracted still-life image. Focusing on mixing colors that vibrate together as well as resonate on a personal level, we will look at color as light and color as value. Then we will move into exploring the shapes and playing with composition.

No prior painting experience is needed. All levels and beginners are welcome!
