On February 3rd, join Ekar Farm and Denver Jewish Day School to learn from community activists and organizations about composting at a home and institutional level, how to reduce food waste at our events and in our lives, how other institutions have worked to achieve Zero Waste, and how you can too!
This Green Kehillah event will include conversation and activities (for adults and children) around food waste, composting, and how to move towards Zero Waste at our institutions and in our personal lives.
Speakers include Amy Moore-Shipley (Denver Food Rescue), Piper Short (Wompost), Toni Nading (First Universalist Church).
