Emily Gian is currently the communications director at the Zionist Federation of Australia, where she’s worked since 2003. A mum to three rambunctious boys, she’s a lover of all things Israeli, including literature, television, food, her husband, and music, not necessarily in that order.
Michael Manhaim is the shaliach of the Israeli Scouts and Garin Tzabar-Australia’s executive director. Prior to his tenure in Australia, Michael worked as a vice director for the Poland Youth Delegations of the Israeli Scouts and, in the field of public diplomacy, on issues of importance to the LGBTQI community. Michael and his partner Shai now live in Sydney, a long way from their former home in Tel-Aviv.
