This course engages participants in the study and practice of “Counting the Omer,” an ancient tradition that frames the seven weeks between the holidays of Passover (celebrating the pursuit of freedom) to Shavuot (celebrating loving commitment) as daily and weekly spiritual discipline designed to achieve positive personal transformation. Join Rabbi Jamie on this journey through the sefirot of Kabbalah’s Tree of Life and the corresponding midot of Musar’s program for moral and spiritual growth.
