Phil Niedringhaus, the security advisor to JEWiSHColorado, will be visiting us in Steamboat Springs on Thursday, June 30th to perform a security assessment and to lead a security training session (Countering Active Threat Training). The security training session, which will take place at the Heart of Steamboat, will start at 6:45 pm and last approximately 1-1/2 hours. A flyer for the training session is attached.
You are invited to join us at 6:15 pm for some pizza and schmoozing prior to the training session.
Members of the Congregation are highly encouraged to attend in person, but a Zoom link will be available for those who would like to participate, but cannot attend in person.
To assist us with planning for this event, please RSVP via [the link below] [by email to notices@harmishpacha.org] (indicating whether you will participate in the training session in person or by Zoom, and whether you will join us for pizza beforehand).
All emergency dollars raised go directly to support of the work of our partners on the ground. Now, an anonymous donor to JEWISHcolorado will match each gift 1:2, up to $100,000 in the next 90 days. We have a goal of $300,000 by the end of 2022. As our partners rush to save lives, to reunite families, and to bring hope to fellow Jews, they need our support.
