Torah a la Tambora: An Evening of Colombian Dance and Torah Study

$15Join Jewtina y Co. and our friends from the Latino Arts & Cultural Institute, Moishe House Denver, Ammud Jews of Color Torah Academy, Judaism Your Way, and Valley Beit Midrash in Denver for a night where sacred text meets sabor. We’ll explore Torah together, learn the basic steps of Colombian salsa, and share light bites as we celebrate the beautiful intersections of our dual heritages.
Jewtina staff will bring the journey home, sharing stories and reflections from our June 2026 trip visiting Jewish communities across Colombia. Come welcome in Latin Heritage Month and the High Holiday season with us, through movement, study, and community.
Whether you’re Latin, Jewish, both, or simply curious, this evening is for anyone ready to reflect on identity, connection, and joy, one paso at a time.
