Join us for an evening celebrating Jewish Day School, featuring Gary Torgow, Chair of the Jewish Federations of North America. Meet our local Day School leadership and boards and learn more about and the importance of Jewish Day Schools as central institutions of Jewish life.
We will be treated to inspiring words from Gary Torgow, Chairman of The Huntington National Bank and Chair of the Jewish Federations of North America.
Gary Torgow is Chairman of The Huntington National Bank and Executive Chairman of Sterling Group, a Detroit-based real estate and investment company he founded in 1988. A nationally recognized business and community leader, he serves as President of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit and Yeshiva Beth Yehuda, and will assume the role of Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA). Throughout his career, Gary has been a passionate advocate for Jewish education, community engagement, and philanthropy, helping to strengthen Jewish life and ensure a vibrant future for the next generation.
