As missiles continue to be launched at central and northern Israel and Operation Roaring Lion continues, we are in constant contact with our partner organizations and our partnership communities of Ramat HaNegev and Nitzana. The needs on the ground are evolving quickly, and your continued support helps ensure we can respond in real time. Below is a message from our former Shaliach Itai Divinsky who now works in Nitzana and is being called up to the Reserves for another tour of duty.
JEWISHcolorado has already released a one-time emergency grant to assist in feeding the first group of evacuees, but we need your help!
Our goal is to raise $210,000 immediately to support these growing and critical needs, including support for the Victims of Terror Fund, JDC’s rapid response emergency systems, and our partnership regions in the south. Thanks to a generous gift from an anonymous donor, your gift today will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $100,000.
Additionally, our partners at the Jewish Agency have launched the Roaring Lion Fund to support their Victims of Terror program, an emergency relief initiative established to provide immediate financial assistance and long-term emotional support to victims of the recent Iranian missile attacks on Israel.
Thank you in advance for your support. We cannot do this without you.
