JCRC Associate
Director

The Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC), a program of JEWISHcolorado, is seeking an Associate Director to oversee its internal operations. Reporting to the JCRC Senior Director, you will work closely with JCRC lay leaders and JEWISHcolorado staff to drive our advocacy, programming, coalition-building, and communications work. You’ll help shape the JCRC’s strategic direction and work on a wide range of issues—from rapid responses to current events to long-term community initiatives. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial, flexible, collaborative, and execution-oriented professional who wants to take on some of the toughest challenges facing the Jewish community and Colorado’s civic landscape.

Manager of Affinity Engagement and Community Campaign

JEWISHcolorado is seeking a manager to join the Development Department who can excel at building and stewarding relationships, promoting engagement and affinity-group giving, and cultivating leadership within the Jewish community. This member of the fundraising team will carry a significant portfolio of donors to steward, cultivate, and solicit. Success in this role requires respectful work with lay leaders, a strength for connecting donors to their passions, providing initiation and self-motivation, and bringing a positive, creative, and entrepreneurial spirit to the role.

Reporting to the Director of Annual Campaign, this individual will play an important role in growing the Annual Campaign through targeted outreach and engagement. This person will also serve as lead staff for JEWISHcolorado’s Real Estate & Construction Network (RECN).

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful fundraising, systems management, donor moves management, overall project management, and serving as an event leader. We are seeking a co-worker who is confident, collaborative, and kind, who is highly organized and detail-oriented, works calmly under pressure, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Teen Engagement Coordinator

The Teen Engagement Coordinator will work on two of JEWISHcolorado’s teen programs, Jewish Student Connection (JSC) and Joyce Zeff Israel Study Tour (IST). JSC focuses on impacting teens and ensuring they make meaningful personal connections with Jewish culture, Jewish people, Israel, and each other in a public-school environment. In this role, you will serve as a charismatic and strategic thought leader to engage and mentor Jewish and non-Jewish teens in Jewish cultural clubs at Denver & Boulder metro-area public high schools. IST is the Colorado community teen trip to Poland and Israel, taking an average 60 incoming seniors each summer on a four-week trip. In this role you will support recruitment, pre and post-trip programming and will staff the trip over the summer.
