Shabbat Shalom: Time & Again

Nov 13, 2020

If your life is anything like mine, time has become elastic. The boundaries between work and home and rest and ritual have blended together, and it’s not hard to get a little lost in time. Last Friday, I inadvertently shared a Shabbat message written about this week’s Torah portion. So, this week, rather than simply reshare that essay (it’s below, if you haven’t had a chance to read it yet), I thought I’d also share this TED Talk from Rabbi Jonathan Sacks, who passed away last week. I hope you find his message as resonant and inspirational as I do.

Shabbat Shalom,

Rabbi Jay Strear
