Jewish Explorers

Exploring Judaism together as a community.

Since 2013, Jewish Explorers has been creating fun, inclusive, and experiential educational programs that empower Jewish and interfaith families to find meaningful and relevant ways to practice Judaism in their homes and their communities.

Through weekly and monthly classroom programs, Shabbat dinners, and holiday celebrations, Jewish Explorers teaches preschool- and elementary school-age children and their families about Jewish values, culture, holidays, and traditions. We partner with more than 25 community organizations to enhance Judaic programming and provide opportunities for families to connect with the Colorado Jewish community and Israel.

For more information about Jewish Explorers, please email Cindy Coons, CCoons@JEWISHcolorado.org.

“Thank you to Jewish Explorers for providing a warm and welcoming community where my family can learn about Judaism in an inclusive and supportive space. My family has found so many meaningful ways to practice Judaism that we would not have if it weren’t for Jewish Explorers. Thank you for showing us the beauty of our Jewish heritage and helping our family find fun and meaningful ways to practice Judaism.”
