Mussar and Kabbalah (7-week course) with Rabbi Jamie Arnil

Mussar offers a framework and a toolkit for translating the wisdom of kabbalah (specifically the sefirot of the Tree of Life) into a personalized, ongoing spiritual discipline – harnessing the midot in service of others. In this series of seven classes, Rabbi Jamie Arnold will facilitate this transformative group as we 1) study Alan Morinis’ book, “Everyday Holiness: The Jewish Spiritual Path of Mussar;” 2) focus on the qualities of enthusiasm, silence, and generosity; and with them 3) grow the soul and its capacity for sacred service.
