Join us for In-Person Morning Meditation at the Boulder JCC on Thursday mornings. Enjoy the benefits of connection and community when we gather to practice 18 minutes of silent mindfulness and say Kaddish in these drop-in sessions facilitated by Lori Dube, certified Jewish Mindfulness Meditation facilitator. Whether you are a long-time meditator or new to meditation, all are welcome to come once to check it out or come weekly and become a regular in our evolving community. For those who are unable to attend in person, there will be a Zoom option available.
