Tour the Golda Meir House Museum

Join in on a special tour of the Golda Meir House Museum, located on the Auraria Campus in Downtown Denver. The museum is the teenage home and the only known U.S. residence to the fourth Prime minister of the State of Israel. The house is a standing tribute to Golda’s commitment to freedom, peace, and human dignity.
- Learn about Golda’s unbelievable journey that started in Ukraine and how she eventually landed in Denver for high school.
- Hear stories about the special connection between Israel and Colorado and the inspiration that her time in Denver provided for her life’s work to become a Zionist and build the State of Israel.
- Explore how Golda broke down barriers to become the first woman in the Western world to be democratically elected to lead a country and how her influence continues to be felt today.Â
Meet at the Golda Meir House for a tour led by Lena Fishman, the Executive Director of the Golda Meir House Museum. Participants are invited to bring a picnic and enjoy lunch together on the campus after the tour.
