Evening with Representative Ritchie Torres
Rabbi Black with moderate a discussion with Representative Torres, New York City’s first Afro-Latino, LGBTQ member of Congress. Ritchie currently lives in the South Bronx and represents New York’s 15th district. He is a member of the Committee on Financial Services and he serves as the Vice Chair of the Committee on Homeland Security.
