Award the winners of the Jewish Essay Contest at Kohelet

Due to weather condition we change date of the contest award from March 16 to April 20
Kohelet and the Rocky Mountain Jewish Historical Society at the University of Denver have partnered to sponsor an essay contest on a Jewish historical or fictional subject.
The contest had two divisions: high school and adult. Today we publish the best works in each category. The best essays in adult category are:
“Prepare To NOT Die, Jew!”– by Sarina Kopinsky
and
“Rio” – by Bennett Parnes
The high school category winner, Eliana Zeiger, will receive the $250 prize. Congratulations!!!
