All Ages Torah Program: Exploration & Workshop with Rabbi Richman

Come together for our final program of the scribal residency with Rabbi Bec Richman for a hands-on, participatory exploration of scribal work. We will take a look at some of our own Torah scrolls, have a chance to hold scribing tools, witness Rabbi Bec cut and use a quill, and participate in a writing workshop. From making observations to experimenting with tools to trying our own hands at Hebrew calligraphy, adults and children alike will have a chance to experience the tactile wonder of Torah. Program is designed for adults and children ages 6 and up.Â
Snacks will be served.
Childcare for younger children provided upon request.
