Lafayette’s favorite Chanukah tradition returns: sing-along under the stars
LAFAYETTE, CO – The Boulder County Center for Judaism invites the community to celebrate Chanukah in Lafayette on Sunday, December 14th at 4:00 PM at the Lafayette Festival Plaza. This beloved annual tradition brings together families for a magical night of festive songs and lighting a grand menorah.
This year’s celebration will feature a live Chanukah sing-along under the stars with musician Michael Miller, whose heartwarming melodies have become a cherished part of holiday cheer every year.
“Chanukah in Lafayette has become a tradition that gains more participants each year,” says Chany Scheiner, Co-Director of Boulder County Center for Judaism. “It’s a beautiful opportunity for our community to gather in unity, celebrate Jewish heritage, and spread light together.”
The festivities will include:
Live Chanukah sing-along with Micha’el Miller
Lighting of Boulder County’s grand menorah
Hot apple cider and fresh homemade sufganiyot (traditional jelly doughnuts)
Complimentary Chanukah gift for all who RSVP
