JEWISHcolorado invites the community to Celebrate Israel 2026 on Sunday, May 3, at Great Lawn Park in Denver, for its annual gathering honoring the people, culture, and heritage of Israel.
This year’s event will be headlined by the Israeli musical group Koolulam, meaning “voice of the people,” bringing together individuals from diverse cultures, guiding them through an interactive concert experience and an inspiring musical journey. Designed to uplift and strengthen the bonds between people, Koolulam invites participants to explore rhythm, sound, and song together in a powerful expression of unity.
Celebrate Israel, hosted by Colorado’s statewide Federation, is the state’s largest festival dedicated to Israel, bringing together Jewish people and allies from across the Centennial State for music, food, dozens of vendors and displays, and connection. This year’s theme, Lev Echad—one shared heart, reflects the many voices, places, and experiences that connect Jewish life in Colorado to Israel—here, there, and everywhere.
“As current events continue to unfold around us, we are intentionally creating moments that bring people together,” said Renée Rockford, President & CEO of JEWISHcolorado. “Celebrate Israel has always been about coming together as one community, and this year that sense of connection is more meaningful than ever. Lev Echad reminds us that even across distance and difference, we remain deeply connected—to one another, to Israel, to Jews across the diaspora, and to the shared values that unite us.”
The day will begin with registration at 9:00 a.m., followed by a special community program and entertainment at 10:00 a.m. The festival will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., concluding at 1:00 p.m.
