Baby Time

Join a community of support for an 8-week class time for sharing parenting highs and lows. Each week we will focus on infant development and a discussion topic. Meetings will include time for informal socializing and connection with other parents. Topics discussed include sleep, feeding, self-care, baby safety, postpartum mental health, identity as a mom, family dynamics, and some weeks will include a guest speaker. This class is designed for parents to attend with their babies (under 8 months old or pre-crawlers) when the group starts.
