Colorado’s women’s forum is inviting you to an event with Dr. Gepner. Dr. Gepner is a senior lecturer at the Department of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine, at Tel Aviv University. During the event Dr. Gepner will focus on three main things:
* Key factors of our body metabolism
* The benefits of exercise training, beyond weight loss
* What are the diet choices that will make you live better
