Together Again: YAD Family Shabbat

Join YAD Family, Jewish Explorers, and PJ Library for a special Shabbat celebration!
Central Park Pavilion
8801 E. Martin Luther King Blvd

Activities include candle lighting, Shabbat blessings, singing and dancing, lawn games and Israel-themed activities. Bring your own blankets and lawn chairs. We will provide a family Shabbat dinner.
We observe kosher-style and we’ll be serving a meal that is peanut and tree-nut free. Please let us know if you have any other special dietary needs.
$18 per family of 4 | suggested donation of $5 per person for larger families, with proceeds benefiting programming for families.
Our event is geared towards families with children ages 2-8. Masks are welcome but not required for this event.
Mitzvah Project: Join us in supporting A Precious Child by bringing new and unused hygiene products or new or gently-used summer clothing for infants through adults. Your donations will help to support children and families who visit A Precious Child’s Resource Center, ensuring they have easy access on-site to these basic essentials.
In lieu of physical items, please consider making a gift to our Ukraine Emergency Fund. 100% of funds are being distributed to those in need by local partners and organizations in this region.
