Passover Cooking Class

Let us take you on a Jewish culinary tour! We’ll make our own Ethiopian soft matzah (often considered more authentic to the original Egyptian matzah and alleviating the need to pay $8 per box), and we’ll learn how to make Turkish Charoset (nut free, wine free, no problem)! Amy Atkins, Jewish educator, will guide you through a fun, no stress cooking experience that will help get you prepared for Passover.
