What is mussar? Musar can be regarded as the disciple of putting the principles of kabbalah into practice, one quality of character at a time. This summer session will begin with an introduction to mussar as an educational movement and continue with a contemporary study of a 16th Century mussar classic, Orchot Tzaddiqim, as translated by Rabbi Arnold. These summer sessions will focus on the midah of anavah, or humility.
Classes are offered in-person and virtually through Zoom
