Something Extraordinary Happened on Colorado Gives Day
By: Jason Oruch
Director of Online Marketing & Philanthropy
Since launching in 2010, Colorado Gives Day has become our state’s largest day of philanthropy and remains one of the most successful giving days in the nation! This year over $53,000,000 was donated to 3,3336 nonprofit organizations statewide.
We could see as the day progressed that we would meet our goals, but we never expected to surpass them like this. JEWISHcolorado is proud to have had our third consecutive record-setting year in a row, raising $195,870 from 365 donors!

Unlocked Challenges
We are so grateful to you for donating and helping us unlock two donor-matching challenges. Thank you to our Board of Directors and Staff for matching up to $150,000 raised and to an anonymous donor who donated $10,000 when we reached 360 donors.
“JEWISHcolorado’s success on Colorado Gives Day is another example of the generosity of our Jewish community and shows the belief in our work and our mission to sustain and support Jewish life in Colorado. I am so grateful to everyone that donated and to our staff for accomplishing such a philanthropic milestone,” says JEWISHcolorado Campaign Chair, Lisa Mintz.
Your donations ensure we can continue to provide statewide Safety & Security support and trainings, work on the implementation of the Holocaust & Genocide Studies Bill and create living bridges to Israel.
