Hadassah Greater Denver Chapter presents a full day educational program exploring the subject of hate, how to define it and diffuse it. It will be a day of exploration learning and action. Sunday, June
11, 2023, 9 am-3 pm, Congregation Rodef Shalom, 450 S. Kearney Street, Denver, CO 80224

The program includes and interactive panel discussion moderated by Sue Parker Gerson of Mountain States ADL.

Workshops include:

  • Holocaust Education and Antisemitism led by Colorado State Representative Dafna Michaelson Jenet
  • Standing Up for Ourselves and Others: What Judaism Says About Countering Hate led by Rabbi Rachel Kobrin of Congregation Rodef Shalom
  • Changing the Conversation about Life in America Today So We Can Make A Difference Together led by Daniel Bennett of Colorado Hillel
  • Mobilizing Change Through Community Advocacy led by Miri Kornfeld of Stand With Us.

There will also be an afternoon panel and reenactment exploring other cultures dealing with hate.

Register by June 1 at http://events.hadassah.org/hate.  Registration fee includes Kosher continental breakfast and lunch.
