Join us at the JCC for a strength-building weekly Hatha yoga practice with instructor Caron Robinson. Hatha yoga focuses on balance, strength, alignment, breath, and calm. It incorporates the same poses as a Vinyasa practice, but the movements are slow and deliberate to increase flexibility, joint mobility, core strength, balance, range of motion, and decrease stress.

Modifications for different levels will be made.
