Jewish Mindfulness Meditation

An event every week that begins at 6:15 pm on Tuesday, repeating until December 17, 2019
The Judaism Your Way Mindfulness Meditation group meets every Tuesday evening from 6:15 to 8:00 pm at Kohelet, 428 South Forest Street. Each evening will consist of a teaching that integrates mindfulness meditation and Jewish spirituality, mindful sitting and walking meditation, and opportunities for questions, reflection, and sharing.
The group is co-led by Rabbi Brian Field, senior rabbi of Judaism Your Way, and Judith Vanderryn, both of whom are alumni of the Jewish Mindfulness Teacher Training Program of the Institute for Jewish Spirituality. It is open to people with all levels of meditation experience and Jewish knowledge. More than a class, this is an ongoing group, open to participation as frequently as your schedule allows.
Fall Dates: Tuesdays, Sept. 3 – Dec. 17 . *NOTE: The first Tuesday of the month is geared toward first-time participants; all are welcome.*
Time: 6:15 – 8:00 pm
Location: Kohelet (428 South Forest St.)
Cost: $10/person/class. Registration required. Kindly register here. If you paid for a class and were not able to attend, you may apply it to a future class, but please be sure to send a note to Rabbi Brian Field to let him know which date you are planning to attend.
