What does it mean to you to be Jewish today in a world of war, diaspora and division? What are your first memories of being Jewish, of feeling not Jewish enough or too Jewish? When did you first learn of Jewish history, of the Shoah and how did it affect you? How do you reckon with this identity today and how have you throughout your life? These and other questions will be asked and written into in this workshop facilitated by award winning author and teacher Alexander Shalom Joseph. Come write, reflect and share about your experiences in and around Judaism with your young adult community.
