About Us

When Yeshiva Toras Chaim Talmudical Seminary/Denver was established in 1967, it was founded to ensure that the coming future generations would have the knowledge and resources to find that invaluable guidance in our immutable truths, our traditions and values. Imagine a world without Jewish scholars continuing our time-honored customs and learning, a world where the key to unlock the spiritual wisdom of our people has been lost. This would be a barren Jewish future for our grandchildren to inherit. While there are other Yeshivas in America to ensure this continuity of spiritual learning, Denver's Yeshiva Toras Chaim is the only Talmudical Seminary College and High School in the Rocky Mountain and Southwest regions.

The Yeshiva is a beloved, venerable institution in our Jewish community. Just as it is dedicated to continuing our traditional ways of transmitting our people's truths and knowledge from generation to generation, it is equally dedicated to helping fulfill the educational need of every Jewish person in the community seeking a deeper and more meaningful connection with his or her heritage. That is why the Yeshiva has had a full-time Community Outreach Division for over fifteen years - the very first such outreach program of any Yeshiva in America.

Today, the lessons gained from a decade and a half of bringing Jews closer to our collective spiritual heritage are being adopted and used by every Jewish organization and denomination. The Yeshiva makes its wealth of Jewish knowledge through its Rabbi scholars available to the entire community even more today than ever before. The Rabbis of the Yeshiva can be found teaching classes or giving lectures throughout the Denver metropolitan area almost every week of the year.
